High season rentals are weekly Saturday to Saturday and low season rentals are minimum 3 night stay.
 
Children under 2 years of age stay at no charge and do not have to be included in the total number of people. If extra people visit during the week they must be approved by the owners.  
 
All prices are subject to a 5.5% state tax and a 4.5% county room tax.  We also ask for a $100-$200 damage deposit (returned within a week of checkout providing no damage was done).  Payments are received prior to arrival with high season paid in 3 payments: one at booking, one 6 months before, and one 30 days before arrival. For low season, two payments can be made. Half down to book and half 30 days before arrival.  If booking is made less than 30 before arrival, full payment is requested at booking.
 
Cancellation policy for high season is to return money if unit is rented at set price so the sooner notice is given the greater chance to receive your money back.  For low season, 100% of payments will be refunded if canceled 14 or more days before check-in. If reservation is canceled 14 days or less before the booking, you will be refunded the amount paid minus the deposit.
